Dr. Alicia Hurtt, D.Min, MBA, MCE, is a best-selling author, international speaker, minister, Certified Christian Educator, maternal health advocate, and the Founder of I See My Baby Inc. She is also part of something especially meaningful a family of authors.

Together with her husband, Daryl Hurtt, and their children, Amara, Anne, Aubrey, and Daryl Jr. (DJ), the Hurtt family uses storytelling to inspire, educate, encourage, and help families navigate the many seasons of life.

Dr. Alicia's journey as an author grew from her own experiences with infertility, pregnancy loss, motherhood, faith, grief, healing, and personal transformation. Her book, "I See My Baby," shares an intimate journey through infertility and the emotional, relational, and spiritual realities that can accompany the road to parenthood. The message behind the book "You are not alone" eventually grew beyond its pages and became the foundation for I See My Baby Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women, men, children, and families through reproductive health journeys, maternal wellness, grief, mental health, family development, and major life transitions.

Over the years, Dr. Alicia's writing has expanded into a diverse collection of books and resources addressing faith, spiritual development, motherhood, wellness, resilience, personal growth, education, children's experiences, and family life.

But storytelling in the Hurtt household doesn't belong to Alicia alone.

Daryl Hurtt brings the perspective of a husband, father, mentor, and community servant to the family's growing body of work. Their children Amara, Anne, Aubrey, and Daryl Jr. are also authors, demonstrating that children do not have to wait until adulthood to discover the power of their voices. Together, the family represents multiple generations and perspectives while encouraging other families to read, write, create, and tell their own stories.
