Alia Al Kasimi is a renowned chef, culinary artist, and YouTube personality, with her channel CookingWithAlia amassing over 80 million views. She is best known for her passion for exploring and showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Morocco. Born and raised in Rabat, Morocco, Alia developed a profound love for food at a young age, as her grandmother was one of the city's finest women cooks, often sought-after for wedding feasts during a time when catering was not prevalent in Morocco.

Alia embarked on extensive travels, immersing herself in various culinary traditions and infusing her creative dishes with newfound inspirations. She is the visionary behind www.FlavorsOfMorocco.com, the premier online platform for learning authentic Moroccan cooking. The platform's online and in-person classes are led by master Moroccan chefs, or "Dadas," who generously share their time-honored secrets passed down through generations of mothers and grandmothers. Flavors Of Morocco's mission is to become the ultimate destination for Moroccan cooking enthusiasts and to spotlight the incredible women who hold the keys to Moroccan cuisine.

Alia's unwavering commitment to preserving and promoting her region's rich gastronomic heritage has garnered her numerous awards and accolades both nationally and internationally. Today, Alia Al Kasimi continues to inspire and educate others through her cooking, writing, and content creation for her own channels or clients. Her passion for culinary innovation, coupled with her deep appreciation for her homeland's traditional flavors, solidifies her position as a true ambassador for Moroccan cuisine.
