For me this was a page turner of the wrong kind. It wasn't excitement which caused me to hurry through the book, but rather the urge to finish reading it and download something more enjoyable. It wasn't just the story itself which didn't appeal, it was also the manner in which the book was produced on Kindle. At times it was difficult to immediately realise which dialogue related to which character and there were other instances where, without any indication whatsoever, the reader has moved from one location to another. Twice I thought that I must have missed a page!!!
Frankly, I feel that my three stars is quite generous on this occasion.
