As with all the novels I have read by Saxon Andrew, the level of grammar, spelling and punctuation is poor. The later novels have improved in this regard, but there are still glaring errors and poor sentence structure. Admittedly it is less distracting than in the earlier books. This really is a shame as the storyline is complex and satisfying and one can identify with the characters. I don't understand how someone with Saxon Andrew's qualifications can be so careless with the basics of the English language!

I really like reading stories by this author, that's why I almost always give them 5*'s. Are there better books out there? Sure. Sometimes there are typos; sometimes I wince a little at the syntax or the odd bits of dodgy grammar. But I still give these novels high ratings because they are just so darn much fun to read. Action, adventure, twists and turns, all mixed in with decent characters and a good moral to the story. Definitely worth a look.
