I have read what other people have said, there is nothing wrong with the storytelling but it’s unrealistic. There is nothing hardly this guy can’t do, very few limitations. Sorry I found it very hard too swallow. Unlikely I will be reading number four.
As it stands, the second Underworld book has been my favourite so far - but this by no means diminishes the worth of this addition.
As the group begin to fortify their new home and plan longterm, it adds an element to the series that had yet to be explored. Many of the characters find themselves taking on new roles within the group as they adjust to their new life in Sanctuary. This takes up a good chunk of the story as the author meticulously details every aspect of how they need to accomplish a self-sustaining home. There's still plenty of action and some insane power leveling that takes place, which will surely satiate most readers needs for what they've assuredly grown to love about the series. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the book so far, and am very eager to read the next instalment.
I loved the first book in the series. I loved the second one even more. This one takes the cake though, as I just wanted to keep reading more and more. Building, levelling, fighting, it has them all in perfectly measured dosages of awesome. If you’ve read the previous 2 books you’re in for a treat. If you haven’t, go do that now so that you can then read this magnificent book in all its glory!
This is continuing very much where the second book left off - so much so that I had to go back to reread the second book to refresh my memory on the characters and plot arcs. The dungeon storyline is well developed and skill grinding descriptions as detailed before. Overall, just as good as the first two in this series.
Best in the series in my opinion. Characters are getting more fleshed out and people’s abilities are cool. Only little gripes from my point of view is the arcane engineering, which seems like an addition out of place, and something added to give him any “profession”
Yet another great book in the underworld series every time I read one of these books it makes me wants more the mc is OP..... but so is everything else some even more so great action, in-depth stat and progression an a touch of romance.
This book is brimming with so many ideas, you have to read it to believe it. There are more ideas explored in this book than I've read in my last 10 litrpg books COMBINED. This is how litrpg is supposed to be done. Big kudos to the author.
