Never Cry Wolf has been edited and updated: Rian (a werewolf) and Lea were inseparable throughout high school; their strange, intense relationship was confusing to anyone who watched them. On the last day of senior year, however, Rian being a werewolf, told her that he would never see her again and disappeared, leaving her empty and alone. Five years later, a chance encounter brings them back together, and Rian must once and for all decide whether he will continue pushing his intended mate away so she does not discover what he really is, or claim her as his and start a werewolf romance, welcoming her into the pack.

This is a very quick listen. The plot is good. Rian and Lea where childhood sweethearts. When Rian walked away neither of them ever felt complete. I enjoyed this story .

I honestly like short stories but this was so short and had no substance, it was like drinking a shot of diet coke.

This is a short novella which I listened all the way though; found it a little drab and predictable, characters totally cliche. However it did pass the hour whilst I was weeding in the garden. Some books I would go back and listen to several times and enjoy them each time - sadly this is one that I'm deleting the download comfortable in the knowledge I'm unlikely to listen to it again.
