The book has it all a love story with twists and turns, politics of a family living by strict rules a Princess who doesn’t want to live by those rules. Ends with a cliff hanger string it up for the next book!

Don’t quite feel the connection between the two characters, but it was a good listen. Will be buying the next one.

Listening to a book on audio it’s so important to have the correct narrator and. Admit I was concerned about Anda as there are no other books could find on audible but I didn’t have to worry she epitomises Princess Adeline superbly , great choice 😀
I was also a little sceptical about the topic but again was more than pleasantly surprised , she comes over as a warm character for me not a spoilt brat ..... and of course Josh mmmm mmmm ❤️😀 I particularly like the mention of the Duke of Sussex , especially considering the announcement of the name las weekend ,
In all this book has scored a massive hit for me and I look forward to the sequel, it’s also the type that I can reread and my go to listen when in a book funk ....
this definitely sees Jodi back to her best as there a couple of releases that I was disappointed with which I know for sure was partly due to the narrator

Jodi Ellen Malpas does it again! I have thoroughly enjoyed this book, its an amazing story. I've just listened to it for the second time, in preparation to listen to the second book in this duo, and it was just as enthralling as the first time. I cannot wait to start the second book. I also have to that the narration is one of the best I have heard in a long time! There are many characters in this book yet each one has its own voice and character which is quite amazing. I'd highly recommend. This is one series I hope that Passionflix picks up!!
