I was to be his wife, and so I offered myself up as the proverbial sacrifice to the very devil himself.
I just didn’t expect to enjoy being with a monster as much as I did.

Hot!
This is the first novella in the Monsters and Beauties, an erotic retelling of Beauty and the Beast. The story is fast-paced, and hot! Stella Hunter and J.F. Harding did an excellent job with the narration. Looking forward for more in the series.

The Beauty does want the beast!
The Beast (Monsters and Beauties,#1) by Jenika Snow
Narration by Stella Hunter and JF Harding.
Wowza Jenika’s definitely taken an erotic stance on her version of Beauty and the beast! So hot you may need a fan while reading/listening this one. As she says in her book, or the Beast says “the story books were wrong, The beauty could be want the beast!”
I listened to this book on audio performed by Stella Hunter as Belle, she shows us Belle’s inner strength to face what she has been destined to be. The wife of what the villagers call the Beast. She a loyal daughter to take on the arranged marriage due to her father’s debts from his gambling.
This book is duet and the Beast is played by none other than JF Harding who portrays the beast in all his brute animalistic character traits. Beast was sneaky in getting Belle, the beauty he has admired for a long time and wishing to have her as his mate.
These two dance around each other becoming more accustomed to each other’s presence and both fighting and attraction to one another.
What follows when the men of the village try taking the Beast down is mayhem for those that dare to separate him from his mate. And the chase scene when the Beast finally takes her as his wife is really hot!
Quite the fast and delicious devious version of Beauty and the Beast.

quick read spicy retelling
Spicy retelling of beauty and the beast. It is a short read and did enjoy the story but found it lacking and didn’t quite grasp me in the way I wanted it to but still enjoyed the writing and story.

Sexy Beast
The Beast by Jenika Snow was a spicy hot retelling of the famous Beauty and the Beast. It was smoking hot! I was a little concerned with the length of this book, wishing it would have been a little bit longer but once I dove in it was the perfect amount of book. Jenika has a fantastic way to give you all the detail you need with very little wording. I need an entire series of Jenika just writing dirty fairy tales!
JF Harding and Stella Hunter are a fantastic narrating duo!

The narrators were so great!
The male narrator really sounded like Beast and I loved that! I really enjoyed the duet of both the male and female narrators! Beauty and the Beast is one of my favourites so I just had to listen to this. A decent story and a good performance!

Monster Romance
The Beast by Jenika Snow is a monster romance that I listened to on audio narrated by J.F. Harding and Stella Hunter. This is the first book in the Monsters and Beauties series.
This book is a fast-paced erotic romance between Belle and the Beast. I loved getting both of their points of view throughout the book.
J.F. and Stella did a great job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like fast-paced erotic romances, monster romances, or paranormal romances.

Hot retelling
We get the retelling of Beauty and The Beast, with more Beast, more kink, and definitely more of everything you ever thought possible. This story might not be for everyone, but if you like this type of reading I think you will enjoy it. The audiobook narrated by Stella Hunter and J.F. Harding will have you fanning yourself, so be warned and make sure to check where are you going to be listening, they both gave their characters a boost and the story got hotter by the minute. A fantastic monster story that will have you entertained for a few hours.
