LOVE IS DANGEROUS
TRUST IS A WEAKNESS
POSSESSION IS A TOXIC GAME
Sweet and gentle. Calm and collected. Nervous and inexperienced. He was death cloaked in the form of a handsome man, and instead of running the other way the first chance she got, she fell for him. Aria Miller is a scientist searching for the cure for a rare genetic disease when her world turns on its head – she collides with Tobias Mitchell. When she takes him on as her assistant, he becomes infatuated with her in ways he knows he shouldn’t be. Then, reality hits, and Aria is forced to leave the country. Faced with the thought of losing the object of his obsession, Tobias’ mask slips, showing her his true self for the first time. Aria is his, and he’ll do anything to make sure she stays that way. This is an interconnected standalone set before The Edge of Darkness Trilogy

Oh Tobias 😭😭😭 my heart honestly breaks for you!
I absolutely loved The Edge of Darkness trilogy and devoured it earlier on this year on my kindle. When I saw Psychotic Obsession was on Audible I couldn’t resist and oh my goodness, I am so so glad I downloaded it. JF Harding, Roxelana Waters and Shane East absolutely made this book for me. The audio was perfect and was handled so well, I could not get enough!
The whole story is traumatic, but you know that going in. You know Tobias and Arias origin story wasn’t going to be pretty and honestly, it is heartbreaking 💔 this book is what can happen when severe mental illness is not monitored or treated. Tobias, you sweet baby angel, my heart absolutely breaks for you. You just want love ❤️
Also, so much more respect for Ewan reading this book, how much he loved Aria and how much he also sacrifices is just 🤯
If you have read The Edge of Darkness trilogy and haven’t picked this one up yet. Do it. Do it NOW!
OMG! This book is EVERYTHING!

My only criticism is I wish we had more Tobias chapters. The ones we did get were great (heartbreaking though!) but too short. There was even one chapter where he describes his parents and I felt this would've been a great chapter in his POV rather than Aria's.
Overall, this was an excellent prequel to the EOD series.
More Tobias chapters
