Great story, slow at times, not as much BDSM as the story would seem to have, but good romance story

Short and quick read that had good character development.
I liked the main relationship development as there was tension between the couple that built their chemistry.

Gosh! Getting through this was painful.
I normally like Tessa’s books but this one was not for me. I utterly despised the fmc, she was a stuck up, self righteous, extremely judgmental delusional person. Their romance was lukewarm and the spice was ok, almost vanilla. Considering this is supposed to be a bdsm erotica I expected much more. Very disappointing.
The narration was good.
But the best part about this is that it was short and free.

The narrator sounds like she has braces and mouth full of saliva. The story is boring, predictable and cheap.

I'll be honest. I didn't really care what happened to either main character. I only finished this book due to being engrossed in some decluttering chores at home.

The BDSM stuff was really tame too, so yeah. Kinda disappointing all round 😏
