About this listen

Large chests are said to encompass all manner of hopes and dreams. Men covet them. Women envy them. But one fact holds true—everyone wants to get their hands on some big ones.

The same holds true for one intrepid adventurer—a strapping young lad by the name of Himmel. Armed with his grandfather’s trusty longsword and the dream of being the strongest, he sets out on the journey of a lifetime! It is sure to be a long and dangerous road, fraught with danger! And it all starts with a simple test—reach Level 5 in the dungeon called the "newbie zone" and earn the right to become a full-fledged adventurer!

An amazing change of perspective for a dungeon based character building story.
why can't the monster win just this once!
"⚠️ Warning ⚠️" monsters do what monsters do so at times it's a touch dark but it's a really funny.
Sound booth theatre nail the background sounds so be prepared.
From narrator to story this is bloody great

It is one of the funniest fantasy novels I've heard in a long time. If you ever played any kind of fantasy role play, this is a must read.

Great book, I didn't expect the story to develop like it but but I enjoyed it all the same.
This book isn't for the squeamish as there is plenty of unpleasant gore but it's done in a way that isn't gross or sadistic but funny and clingy.
Tge main character has a very easy to follow mind set and is fun to listen to and you constantly want him to win and progress.

I was quite blown away by this book. I had zero expectations and it was like delving into a new world that was unexpected in every single way. The books main character is hilarious, as are his escapades. If you love RPG’s then you’ll love this book. So pleased I read it.
