F irstly I didn't care for Willa's whiny voice. Several of the chapters made me want to cringe. It was if another writer had been asked to write an hilarious sex scene. However, the book contained some of my favourite characters from the Last Riders so I persevered.

i have this on kindle and lucky's book is one of my favs, I've read it about 10 times. so I thought id buy it on audible to listen to whilst at work.

What a disappointment the narrators voice for willa is beyond terrible! She makes her sound like an idiot and constipated ffs. She's shy, she's not stupid. How to ruin a fantastic book.

Got to say begley's choice of narrators for her books leaves a lot to be desired. I have several others and they're equally bad. For the guys please invest in a male narrator, a woman trying to put a gruff manly voice on just doesn't work n detracts from the book.
