Everyone comes with baggage and damage,and Jake and Amanda are no different. Their to and fro relationship reflected their own insecurities and the ending was fitting.
The guys at Redemption made fabulous supporting characters and Ray and Penny, well I know what I wish...
Although this is a standalone, I wished I had gone back to Against the Ropes to remind myself of the beginning, but that's me. You really don't need to have read it to enjoy or fully comprehend the plot.
It was well narrated.

I had my doubts with the first book. I had to remind myself to just enjoy the story. I will say, that I find the female characters irritating sometimes…a bit too selfless, clueless, altruistic and innocent. Don’t pay too much attention to the changing accents of the narrator’s…it adds to the charm! In the end an enjoyable series of books! Definitely entertaining and sexy!

definitely a top 5 in the audio books I've listened to, not as many laughs as the last book but really good story line

What did you like best about this story?

Sarah is really good at showing what would be most women worry about themselves

Which scene did you most enjoy?

the scene in the book were she is propositioned i won't ruin it by telling by who or what happened you will have to listen

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

there is a part where she lays out all her past and opens up which was heartwarming
