Summary
Lennox Freeman (Free) is one of the best hackers in the world which has caused him to spend most of his life on the run. Never able to put down roots, he couldn't trust anyone not to take advantage of him, even his own family.
Ivan Hart has lived and bled one creed all of his life: To Serve and Protect. His intense focus and determination in law enforcement has led him to finally commanding his own team. He'd worked hard to put together a squad of badasses capable of backing up a very dangerous team of detectives. Being God and Day's last line of defense came with a lot of responsibility that he took very seriously.
After his divorce was final Hart turned right around and remarried his job. He had his good friends there in the office with him every day, so it was easier to ignore the few quiet hours he spent at home alone each night. He'd settled well into his new routine and was comfortable with it. Then God decided to disrupt everything by hiring another tech specialist for his department. A man whose brains, trendy looks, and voice would leave Hart tongue-tied and captivated at their first introduction.

Really enjoying this series
A.E. Via has the ability to really capture imagination and together with the rich bass of Aidan Snow it’s really bring this story and it characters to life. I love the way each story leads you to the next and wants you wanting more.

Great series
Loved this book it was nice to see Hart getting the love he deserved Lennox was just perfect for him. I didn't mind his English accent as he was born in a America then went to the UK. Adian Snow is a fabulous narror brings any story to life.A.E. Via has done it again brilliant author 👏

Really enjoyed the book
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It actually turned out to be my favourite of the series thus far. I really felt for Hart and loved the way Lennox made Hart see himself as worthy. The narrator was great. Others have stated their dislike of the English accent but I was fine with it. Remember, the character was born in America, moved to England and moved back to America at the age of eleven. He would have lost most of not all of his accent. Being an American living in Britain for many years, I noticed the accent. I would probably stand out more to Americans than British people. I will admit, though, that there were a few times when the accent seemed to drop altogether, all be it, briefly. Overall, I loved the book.
