I am not sure how this my first book written by Alisha Williams, but consider me wowed and an overnight fan, yes overnight because I stayed up most of the night listening to her book, had to listen to the end because I needed to know what happened next. Now I need the next book “Secrets Reveal”, I hope it will be available on audio soon. Williams is an impressive author, I enjoyed her writing style and the story she created, an original story that is complex and layered. The world building and characters development is fantastic. Eleanor “Ellie” Tatum met the loves of her life in H.S, Brody, Jax, Chase and Rain, she thought they were solid but that changed in just one night, an incident, that changed her life and one they jumped to conclusions about and thought the worst of her. It gutted her and took her several years to get her life back on track, she will finally start college and get the education she wanted, she and her daughter Lillianna “Lily” Tatum will move back to where she grew up to attend Silver Valley University. She was not expecting her exes to still be there, nor was she expecting the animosity they still held for her or the way they treated her. They wanted her gone and tried to make her life miserable. She was determined to not let them get to her and luckily she met a wonderful guy, Theo, a single dad who lived in her building, who was perfect in so many ways. She also made friends in school, Copper, and several girlfriends who had her back. Brody has some anger issues, and he behaved like a juvenile, granted he has his reasons which he needs to work thru, Rain was no better buy her anger stemmed from hurt and then jealousy, Jax seems more of a follower and Chase the most levelheaded of the group. Clearly, they still harbored feelings for Ellie, which they tried to deny. Ellie is the picture of strength despite all she has been thru and she is still standing with her head held up high. I absolutely loved this book, it is wonderfully plotted with plenty of drama, angst, some tough and gut wrenching moments, heartfelt emotions, and steamy polyamorous romance. Alisha Williams, thank you for this amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Angelina Rocca and Oliver Highpoint were the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. They did an amazing job portraying the characters and did so with a complete understanding of who they were, giving each a voice that fit their persona to a tee and were believable in every role they played. Rocca’s Ellie was spot on, grasping all sides of her personality, from her strength to her most vulnerable moments. Highpoint did the same for his roles, from his angsty Brody to his caring and kindhearted Chase and Theo. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters, too. They set the perfect tone for the story and captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this fantastic listen.

This book was heartbreaking and beautiful. It took me on a roller coaster ride. I had all kinds of emotions. It was amazing!

The story is about Ellie who's been in a relationship with Chase, Brody, Jax and Rain back in high school. On the night of their graduation something horrible happens to Ellie and the scene is read wrong by the people she loves most. They all turn their backs on her. This leads to Ellie leaving town and returning four years later to Spring Valley University. She is reunited with this group. They are cruel and vicious and vow to destroy her in every way. But Ellie does not back down. She is strong and brave! In the midst of it all Ellie forms a friendship with her neighbor Theo. He is there for her when she needs him most.

This book is a med burn pace. Please read the trigger warnings for this book before you begin. It does end on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!


The narrators are new to me. They did an amazing job portraying the characters and brought these characters and story to life!

This book had me captive from the get go. The story line felt fresh, the characters were interesting, and the dialogue was so good. The narrators really brought out the characters in my imagination and gave them a voice. Such a good performance.

Hidden Secrets by Alisha Williams is a college bully reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Angelina Rocca and Oliver Highpoint. This is the first book in the Silver Valley University series.

This is the first book of Alisha's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I really enjoyed getting Ellie, Brody, Chase, Jax, Theo, and Rain's points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ended on great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Secrets Revealed to be released on audio so I can get more of their story.

Angelina and Oliver did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like college romances, bully romances, or reverse harem romances.

This book was such a whirlwind of emotions. It was a wild ride and one I didn't want to end, but no matter what happened I still didn't see it coming. There was no predicting this book. There was no way of knowing what was to come. I loved it so much. I can't wait to see where book 2 takes us. The way this one ended had me reeling. There are so many things going on and I want to see an HEA for everyone but I'm not sure how that's possible. I can't imagine how things will play out but I also can't wait to find out.

Ellie has been through so much in life and it's hard to witness, it's hard to listen to and it was hard to imagine, but it made her so strong and resilient. I loved her for that. I loved her strength and fervor especially when it comes to Lily.

I can't wait to see what happens with the Knights and Theo and Rain.. I want to see Ellie stand her ground and make them grovel and really earn her trust after everything. That's the least they can do. I wanted to hate them so much, Brody made it easy to hate him, then turned around and made me want to love him and I'm so conflicted I don't know how to feel anymore. Then there's Chase and Jax and I instantly wanted to love them. I want to see everyone happy and I can't wait to see how this story plays out to see how things end and who gets what..

Angelina Rocca and Oliver Highpoint were both new to me narrators and they did so good, I love that Oliver made such distinctions in his voice for each character it was easy to keep up with who was saying what when the guys were having conversations. I loved it.
