However, since the start of the novel, the Omega keeps messing up & blaming others for it...
I didn't mind it too much at the beginning as I thought it was linked to his heat, but now he's really becoming insufferable & clearly the author thinks that's fine & is trying to pass it off as a "cute" character trait... it isn't 😒
However hard the author is trying, absolutely NOTHING will make me believe that their current situation is NOT the Omega's doing... yet, rather than ask what happened, he's quick to assign blame!
Frankly, I'm starting to feel VERY sorry for Branson as he's now stuck for life with an overly melodramatic drama queen... he thinks it's cute now, but that constant melodrama over the simplest things will get old quickety-QUICK! I'm already over it & I've still got a fair bit to go!
Personally, as Branson IS such a sweetheart, I think he deserves better as his now for-life partner is extremely self-absorbed, conceited & unable to take responsibility for his actions
I genuinely do wish that the author had left the irrationaliity of the Omega as merely an exacerbated side effect due to the Omega going into heat.....
For me, the author came up with an entitled brat & a pushover Alpha 🤷♀️

Was it mostly spice? Yes! Did I enjoy every minute of the book? Also yes!
Even though there was a lot of spice, it still managed to pull at my heartstrings. It was just so freaking sweet! This is definitely the sweetest alpha I have ever met. (Or read about) 😂
And I laughed MANY times! Liam DiCosimo was excellent. He really made the characters come to life and he made the funny stuff even funnier!
If you’re looking for something to get you in a great mood, then give this book a listen. (Or eyeball read it, I’m sure that’s a great experience too)
