Özet

The highly anticipated follow-up to Bang. Echo is the second book in the Black Lotus series.

It's been said the longest echo ever measured lasted 75 seconds, but I can assure you, this will last much longer.

The bang deafened the world around me, muting everything into nullity, allowing the reflection of its destruction to live far beyond its intended life. It will follow me forever, destroying me - destroying you.

You want answers? So do I.

Due to the dark and explicit nature of this book, it is recommended for mature audiences only, as some scenes may be particularly disturbing.

I listened to this in close succession to Bang and cried for the first half an hour. I found this darker but much more emotional than her first book (possibly because I was already enmeshed with the story).
I did get a little fed up with all of Elizabeth's tears, but it was an emotional rollercoaster.
Again really well narrated by Elena Wolfe, however, the Scottish brogue could have done with more polish.
There is a massive cliff hanger of an ending though, with no indication that I can see of when to expect a follow up.
Overall an excellent audible book.

Astoundingly good.
