About this listen

One geology intern who desperately needs to be rescued from a hostage situation. One billionaire who has the capability to save her life. Two people who are inexplicably drawn to each other even though they have almost nothing in common.

Taylor

Just when I thought I was destined to die in a foreign country after being kidnapped while doing a geological exploration, a mysterious rescuer shows up just in time to save my life.

Unfortunately, my liberator also happens to be the co-CEO of Montgomery Mining, my employer, and a billionaire with an attitude.

At first glance, Hudson Montgomery seems like the quintessential gorgeous billionaire with plenty of money to burn and no concern for anyone but himself.

The arrogant billionaire I could handle, but I wasn't quite so sure how to deal with the amazing guy I discovered once I looked past the superficial exterior. The one who stayed by my side as I recovered mentally and physically from the trauma of being a hostage.

There was so much more to Hudson than just billions of dollars, a prestigious last name, and a very handsome face.

When the white-hot chemistry between the two of us finally explodes, do I trust the man I've come to know, or do I accept that Hudson Montgomery is the same guy the rest of the world sees?

OH MY GOD - I loved this book and i absolutely loved the dual narration both narrators were fantastic.

I have previously already read and loved this story on ebook but it was brought to life by Brian and Elizabeth,

Hudson is so kind and gentle and the story is fast paced and exciting with the right amount or emotion and sensitivity you would expect from a J.S. Scott book.

Completely my favourite in the series

Really loved this story and the characters Taylor and Hudson.
Saving her from a terrorist group he begins to develop feelings for Taylor and wants to provide all the necessary care for her recovery, but is wary of making the depth of his emotions known for fear of scaring her away.
The narrator did a fabulous job of bringing all the characters to life and I highly recommend this audiobook.
I received a free copy of this story and I providing this honest review.

Love overcomes great obstacles

I really like a lot of JS Scott's books. I find them to be emotionally healing. I also applaud her for bringing attention to sexual abuse in many of her books. This book for me missed a bit of tension and heat. The characters are quite likable and the narration was good. I don't know how this is relevant , but I would prefer the picture on the bookcover to include a woman ,makes it more vivid. Also, even thought the guy on the cover is obviously very attractive, he doesn't seem to resemble Hudson, who has grey eyes and brownish hair.

Too tame for me

I loved listening to Elizabeth Powers and Brian Pallino. Both are perfect for this book

Where does one begin. Taylor and Hudson's story is one of pain, understanding and love.

Having been held as a hostage and gone through hell, Taylor is rescued by Hudson . Both have to cover come a painful past and now present for Taylor.

You will want to cry , and so want a good out come. This is a love story and I loved it.

Hudson's caring side is shown and you will feel for him.

Hot scenes ,..

Sit back and enjoy.

As one of the owners of Montgomery Mining with his military background there is no one else Hudson trusts to rescue his kidnapped employees from rebel forces except for him. What he wasn’t prepared for was the abuse that they had already suffered or how from the moment that he saw Taylor all he wanted was to protect her and help her heal.

When Taylor accepted the opportunity to work for Hudson’s company all she saw was the incredible opportunity and not the danger. Her kidnappers have exposed her to deplorable conditions and all she has left is hope when Hudson comes to her rescue. She never expected to see him again let alone how supportive and hands on he would be when it comes to her recovery.

Hunter is so patient and caring when it comes to Taylor and he knows that she is his destiny while. Taylor’s strength and resilience shine through and she is one of the few people who truly sees Hudson for the man he is and not his reputation. The narrators made a great story even better by ensuring you felt the same emotions as the characters during their journey.

Hudson and Taylor!
