Ben is the brattiest brat and the sluttiest slut. I loved it, there were times that Ben annoyed me with his actions but it was exactly what his type of character would’ve done. Love the dynamic.

God this is truly awful.. and it’s all because of Ben. He’s a truly awful character, like literally no redeeming qualities AT ALL. I’ve loved this series up until this point but I’m leaving it here and I’m not going to read Dean - I have zero desire after this book. I find it hard to believe that the Author who wrote the characters Caleb, Emery & Lex also wrote Ben? It just feels so off.
Such a shame as Cash and Ford together would have been much better! It kinda made it weird how they were both obsessed with someone who acted like a 5year old the entire book, creeped me out a little tbh. Yes Ben is an adult and well above consent age when they begin so no issues at all there - BUT he was extremely immature and childlike in nature, zero emotional intelligence and truly childish (and not in a funny Brat like way like Diablo the legend lol) so this gives off major grooming vibes tbh. I will admit age gap is my least favourite trope I can get on board and really enjoy them if the characters match up well but this just missed the mark so much. I also usually love a why choose, especially MMM but again this just doesn’t quite work.
The spice is well written, and while I LOVE a spicy and more taboo book, Ben ruined it with his whiny nature and childlike behaviour so in truth - it kinda felt disturbing.
I 100% recommend the rest of the series I just wouldn’t recommend this one. It feels very different to the rest. The others all had me giggling & smiling constantly (and occasionally crying) This just made me cringe tbh.
