If you suffer from arthritis, it's all too easy to let pain and restricted movement become a way of life. With Margaret Hills' methods, you can make arthritis a thing of the past. She and Janet Horwood show how you can regain your fitness, mobility and independence. This programme of gentle exercise can offer a new lease of life to anyone who suffers from arthritis. Together they also offer advice on how to exercise safely, and how to make gentle activity part of your daily life.
I have reviewed the original title in this series by the same author. The books are simply, BRILLIANT. They all have the same narrator and he takes you through the excercises really simply and effectively. I bought the first one and now have the whole series. Buy it! It will open your eyes to things the doctors would never tell you.

Witchcraft has recently been undergoing a huge popular revival, but does modern pagan witchcraft really bear any resemblance to its historical antecedents? The witch in history was a very different creature from her modern counterpart, and this book sets out to explore the historical background to the European witchcraft phenomenon.
Incidently and quite contrary to the above review, I really enjoyed this. I came about it quite by chance. I had purchased one of the other books by the same narrator without realising he had read this particular title. I'm no expert on the subject but have a few similar title's and thought i'd give this a listen with some of the vouchers i'd been given. It is a very niche subject and while some of the pronounciation isn't quite the way i would have done it, he brings alight the subject matter. If anything, the narrator is given a tough time by a badly guided book that seems to jump over and around its subject without a clear structure. Worth a buy if this is a your bag!!
Rejected by the Freemasons? Not bright enough for the Illuminati? Burnt by the Hell Fire Club? No friends in high places to get you into the Bilderberg or the Bohemian Grove? Feeling isolated and powerless? Fear not. There is an answer... Why not start your own secret society to add an air of mystery to your life and instantly alter the way you are perceived by family, friends and society at large
Ha! I bought this as a fathers day present and kept it for my self, its that good. I never thought of myself as any kind of conspiracy theorist or interested in this stuff...but hey, some of the worlds biggest organisations were started as secret societies you know!!

Whatever the cause of your pain - arthritis, backache or migraine - this book is for you. Pain can dominate your life and leave you exhausted and depressed. If pain restricts your movement and keeps you awake at night, it holds you back from getting involved in all that life has to offer.
I bought this in conjunction with the Treating Arthritus - the drug free way. The recommended buying is so useful, now i have 2 fantastic books to get through. What an excellent range of books.

Food intolerance is far more common than food allergy, with which it is often confused. It is also surrounded in controversy - with limited research in the area, estimates for the number of sufferers in the UK differ wildly - from 2% to 60% of the adult population - and so it can be confusing for those seeking relief from their ill-health.
This book is simply Awesome for anyone who has any sort of intolernace to any sort of food. It was an absolute saviour for me!
Margaret Hills was crippled as a young woman, but was determined not to let it hold her back. When orthodox treatment could do nothing for her, she used her nurse's training to develop her simple, natural treatment, which, against all her doctor's predictions, was completely successful. This new and fully revised edition offers updated information about diet and reveals the effects of the new arthritis drugs.
My Gran doesn't see to well anymore. However, she was always a keen reader. For her birthday we bought her an MP3 player and some titles off of audible. She thought this one was fantastic, as a former nurse, she said it was remarkable, enlightening and truly life changing to an awful lot of people. She suffers from Arthritis and we have seen a remarkable change in her habits as she takes the information from this book on board.
