I have reviewed the original title in this series by the same author. The books are simply, BRILLIANT. They all have the same narrator and he takes you through the excercises really simply and effectively. I bought the first one and now have the whole series. Buy it! It will open your eyes to things the doctors would never tell you.

Witchcraft has recently been undergoing a huge popular revival, but does modern pagan witchcraft really bear any resemblance to its historical antecedents? The witch in history was a very different creature from her modern counterpart, and this book sets out to explore the historical background to the European witchcraft phenomenon.

Incidently and quite contrary to the above review, I really enjoyed this. I came about it quite by chance. I had purchased one of the other books by the same narrator without realising he had read this particular title. I'm no expert on the subject but have a few similar title's and thought i'd give this a listen with some of the vouchers i'd been given. It is a very niche subject and while some of the pronounciation isn't quite the way i would have done it, he brings alight the subject matter. If anything, the narrator is given a tough time by a badly guided book that seems to jump over and around its subject without a clear structure. Worth a buy if this is a your bag!!

Food intolerance is far more common than food allergy, with which it is often confused. It is also surrounded in controversy - with limited research in the area, estimates for the number of sufferers in the UK differ wildly - from 2% to 60% of the adult population - and so it can be confusing for those seeking relief from their ill-health.

My Gran doesn't see to well anymore. However, she was always a keen reader. For her birthday we bought her an MP3 player and some titles off of audible. She thought this one was fantastic, as a former nurse, she said it was remarkable, enlightening and truly life changing to an awful lot of people. She suffers from Arthritis and we have seen a remarkable change in her habits as she takes the information from this book on board.
