Actually, not quite. More of ......more fool me I'm afraid. Unfortunately anyone can copy and that is what this book is about; a straight copy of his 1993 dairy. No added value.

Unfortunately no, because this book completely misses the point

How could the performance have been better?

The book is narrated well but you need more than someone whispering in your ear telling you to yawn and relax every 5 minutes. In fact, after listening to her repetitions of telling me to relax every part of my body without any instruction on HOW to do so, actually became quite annoying to the point where I was put in a state of mind NOT to sleep at all. How do you relax your ankles??

I think any would be purchaser, would be better off reading the phone book for a good nights sleep.
