    This is a long, dense book with a fantastically absorbing story. Juliet Stevenson shows all the hallmarks of a great actress in her narrration. Every minute is fresh, clear, thoroughly in character and nuanced with all her intelligent understanding of the text. Her accents are perfect. She captures the voice of Jane so well that I felt I knew her personally. I enjoyed every moment of this and it gave great pleasure. Thoroughly recommended!
