"Dark and gripping from start to finish"
The eye collector is a strange book as it starts from the end but it works very well. It follows the life of an ex cop who writes about the eye collector as a newspaper reporter and he becomes very much involved in the case in a disturbing way.It takes you in to a dark and tense word where a serial killer seems to be always one step ahead of his police. A great read that keeps you guessing which I listened too without a pause. I strongly recommend it to anyone as it is fantastic book

"Probably the worst I Have ever Listened to"
Completely ridiculous! At first, I struggled to work out if the book was actually a parody, but no, it transpires that it’s actually a serious attempt at a thriller. I couldn’t decide if it was just appallingly written, or whether it just lost something crucial in translation. The only thing that was missing from the recording was Alan Partridge’s voice! The only intense aspect of the book, was wondering if the reader would stop the recording and say “sorry, had you going there didn’t I, just joking.”

"Awesome"
A totally awesome read, right from the start you get thoroughly involved in the action. Its starts at the end of the book but it draws you in, A retired cops race to find the children that have been taken by the eye collector who in turn becomes the polices main suspect. A great read that will have you hooked, to the end.

"Cockneys in Berlin!"
This was an enjoyable little thriller, several twists and turns kept the me guessing to the very end... which I might add is very bleak. However, it was almost ruined by the narrator who gave several of the characters English accents. I found that this distracted me from the story (set in Berlin by the way) and was especially annoying on the angry good cop bad cop combo and the missing boy.
