Publisher's Summary

Hope Delafield hasn't always had an easy life, and being a primary school teacher isn't exactly the job she dreamed of doing. At least she has Jack, the God of boyfriends. He's kind, has a killer smile, and a cool job. Hope has known that Jack was The One ever since their first kiss 13 years ago; they're still totally in love with each other. Totally. And then Hope catches Jack kissing her best friend....

    Story
    "A slow start but persevere."

My only complaint about this book was its very slow start. Hope and Jack have been together forever but things are not fantastic, at least for Jack, and Hope is totally knocked sideways when he moves out. She battles against this loss whilst coping with her primary school teaching chores, parents who believe the break is all her fault and Jack's inability to make up his mind. The only bright spot is her growing friendship with Wilson, who she used to hate. The book improves immensely as it develops and, as an ex- primary school teacher, I related with nostalgia to the parts about her class room experiences, particularly the Christmas Pageant!
