Publisher's Summary

This program explains the concepts of Davis Dyslexia Correction for people who would rather listen than read. At the age of 38, Ronald D. Davis made a discovery about a perception that enabled him to read a book cover to cover: for the first time. The methods he developed have helped thousands of children and adults around the world to overcome reading, writing, study, and attention problems.

You will have a step-by-step procedure to correct procedural difficulties and confusions about written language. The two basic techniques discussed are Orientation Counseling and Symbol Mastery. Many parents with no special training have achieved excellent results by using this program.

    Story
"must buy for dyslexia or parents of dyslexia child"

this is a must buy if you want insight into how to overcome dyslexia. the reason i gave it 4 stars is because it is just read from the book, and says from time to time to read the side notes, or look at the chart, etc. well you dont have that so sometimes your just left wondering what iam missing. for that i would say buy the book and on kindle its much cheaper.

    Story
    "Not so rare survival story"

A dyslexic man walked into a bra – though still, thinking quicker than a hand can write may not be a serious defect. Learning can be a very enticing activity if not made dull by a formal schooling system. The book reminded me my own adolescent years when quitted the school thinking that never again. However, a young man needed a profession so I later started studying in a technical college. Then, surprisingly, the former troublemaker turned out to be the best in the class – especially in mathematics, physics and mechanics. Now, after two engineering degrees and one postgraduate degree in technical mathematics, I can do nothing but wonder why on earth I could have missed so many years in my younger life. People are very different, and indeed, and excellent talents can get dismissed. The book is unquestionably worth of listening (or reading)
