Yet, not even Miss Marple can foresee the violent chain of events set in motion when an eccentric guest makes his way to the airport on the wrong day.

"Classic Christie"
For the fans of the classic crime novel, look no further that Miss Christie! Sad to say that this volume is not narrated by the best Marple (well in my humble opinion) Joan Hickson, But Stephanie Cole makes a marvellous substitute and her delivery so character perfect. So easy to imagine yourself sitting alongside Miss M taking in all the comings and goings at Bertrams! As always full of Christie twists and turns - a perfect Sunday or bedtime listen.
"Pleasent listen"
Stephanie Cole is a good substitute for Joan Hickson. The story is well read. It's a comfortable, easy listen.
"Not a bad little read"
Once again Christie delivers exactly what is expected, an entertaining, weaving plot that twists to a conclusion with, with hindsight, appears so obvious. I enjoyed the pace and Stephanie Cole certainly gave Miss Marple a likable, believable character. The audio quality was crisp, clear and only a few points gave away a break in reading. Altogether a pleasant experience.
