"No time to breathe"
This is the worst audio recording I have ever listened to. Each short story runs straight into the next one, without so much as a pause for breath, let alone the chance to reflect on the story just listened to. I don't expect much, but a few seconds grace would at least allow me to realise that the tale has finished. As it was, I was well into the next part before I knew it, leading to confusion and frustration. The stories themselves were unsatisfactory, but it was the presentation itself that meant that I couldn't bear to listen to part two. Modern devices go straight from one track to the next, so audible should consider this when releasing short stories, and plan a gap between them. I shall be very wary of buying short story collections in future.
