"Brilliant! Need more though!!"
Excellent audiobook. Miss Sayers books are intelligent, witty and just romantic enough. They have plenty of action and great storylines. Ian Carmichael is perfect as the urbane Lord Peter and manages to convey both his deep feelings and his flippant banter with a sure touch.

I just adore Lord Peter Wimsey! This is the book where he meets his future wife, Harriet Vane. It's a really good whodunnit!

"I know that I like Lord Peter Wimsey"
This book is well read, the characters are as depicted in the book. I am a fan of Lord Peter and obtaining this audio has just added to my passion.
On the strength of this audio, I have got Gaudy Night (although it is not the next one in the series). I hope that all Lord Peter mysteries are available as unabridged audio. The dramatised version can drive me up the wall.2 of 2 people found this review helpful
