Only minutes after Abbie Elliot and her three best friends step off of a private helicopter, they enter the most luxurious, sumptuous, sensually pampering hotel they have ever been to. Their lavish presidential suite overlooks Monte Carlo, and they surrender: to the sun and pool, to the sashimi and sake, to the Bruno Paillard champagne. For four days they're free to live someone else's life. As the weekend moves into pulsating discos, high-stakes casinos, and beyond, Abbie is transported to the greatest pleasure and release she has ever known. In the morning's harsh light, Abbie awakens on a yacht, surrounded by police.
Something awful has happened - something impossible, unthinkable. Abbie, Winnie, Serena, and Bryah are arrested and accused of the foulest crime imaginable. And now the vacation of a lifetime becomes the fight of a lifetime - for survival.
Guilty Wives is the ultimate indulgence, the kind of non-stop joy-ride of excess, friendship, betrayal, and danger that only James Patterson can create.

"A genius mash-up (in today's parlance) of chick-lit and The Hangover: a Monte Carlo trip goes very wrong." (Mail on Sunday's Live magazine hot release)
"Guilty Wives James Patterson"
This is the first book i have had by James Patterson,I just thought the read up looked so good,it was spot on.This story is really scary to think what if this did happen to you just a mini break abroad with a group of friends turns into a total nightmare, the narrator is superb her french accent just so makes it,this is what i love about audio books you get all the sounds and accents to all the characters brilliant, you are hooked from the start.
"Not a mystery"
This is 90% shawshank redemption and a 10% mystery, not what I expected, well narrated and not a bad read just a prison experience, with a hint of mystery not really enough. Therefore a disappointing patterson.
"Kept be awake all night"
A good story with plenty of twists and turns, brought alive January Lavoy a brilliant narrater
"Good Listen"
wasn't sure to say good read or listen! Usual James Patterson gripping tale, made me want to keep listening. Great
"Good story"
I enjoyed listening to this story. Wasn't hard to concentrate on, so I could do something else at the same time which is good. Not sure if it could happen in jail like that but it was interesting to hear what could go on. Would recommend it.
