Publisher's Summary

The blockbuster #1 international best-selling phenomenon is back...not that it ever really went away. The One-Minute Manager is an easy to absorb story which quickly demonstrates three very practical management techniques. It also includes information on several studies in medicine and in the behavioural sciences, which help listeners to understand why these apparently simple methods work so well with so many people.

    "History revisited"

I read the One minute manager and its follow up about twenty years ago. The audio book did not disapoint and I enjoyed it once again.

    Story
    "Not really worth it"

This book is a mixture of obvious management and ridiculous suggestions. It may suit a few managers in specific situations but if I implemented the book's suggestions my staff would all quit. There's much better out there - the only reason this book has got so popular is the herd mentality and it's use of buzz words.
