    "Of very practical help..."

I found this to be a very useful guide to Mindfulness. Having heard a few radio programs and read a few articles, I was keen to understand how it could help me become more focused, less stressed and sleep better.

The book includes a concise background / context for Mindfulness and also includes actual exercises. The exercises support the earlier theory very well and are not over long. A very useful resource which I will keep coming back to.
