excellent
I loved listening to Sol Stein's book with it's clear well structured advice on writing. I picked up so many tips and am inspired to write now more than ever. a great inspiration. I enjoyed Christopher Lane's vocals throughout. he was clear, concise and easy to listen to. Well done.

Inspiring, meaningful and practical.
Stein tells his experience in the craft and helps authors to get published. Not your usual writing manual. I found it way more inspirational than other similar books, and gaering from an insider was very nourishing.

Inspirational
I don't normal bother to write reviews but this merits one. I've learned more from this audiobook than I have from 10 other texts. While predominately for the fiction writer, most of the concepts, as Stein explains, are just as applicable in non-fiction writing.
I don't believe there is anyone alive who couldn't learn at least something from this book.

Ground breaking
I have been waiting to start for so long! I even forgot. When my sister asked me to start writing for our group I felt something pinged inside me. I researched and found a few books on writing. However, Sol gives writing a life within me!!! I can't wait to get started!

The single most useful book I have read on writing
This book helps demystify the art of writing. For the first time I really understand many of the tricks of the writers craft. After finishing the book I understand two things, how to write well and why learning to write well may take the rest of my life. An essentail read for aspiring writers.
