Michael Scherer gives an inviting performance that matches Thomas' casual but informative writing, which alternates between adventure tales and descriptions of unusual game fish and tips on how to best prepare them for a meal. Redfish, Bluefish, Sheefish, Snook manages to be both entertaining and educational, providing fishermen with great stories and advice on species they may have never thought to catch before.
