A new ally providing aid... An old ally joining the fight... Their resources growing with each passing day... Their homeworld finally on the road to recovery... Things finally seem to be coming together for Captain Scott and the Alliance as he takes his forces on the offensive. However, the Jung may in turn give him more trouble than he bargained for.

"The Series was great! But..."
I think Ryk Brown's Frontiers Saga was well written and narrated by Jeffrey Kafer superbly; however, I have say that the fact it takes 12 credits puts it a very high price. Quite often, a single episode spanned multiple "books" was disappointing. An example was "Celestial CV-02", needed to include almost half of the next episode "Resistance".
If you are ready to spend well over $100 to listen to a good Saga, then I recommend this one as a great "Read".
"This Story Delivers!"
The series continues to get better and better. Book 12 stands as one of my favorite of the series as we get fantastic space battles and character development that may have been missing from earlier novels. Ryk Brown is growing in both imagination and prose!
Well done in all respects. No mispronunciations! The story flowed without distractions, so it was a good experience.
"What can I say I'm hooked"
Another hit in this series. I have listened to all of them some of them twice.
this is my favorite audio book series of all time. The reader is very talented and the character development is excellent. ...
Can't wait for the next audio book to be released. Hurry up and release it quick
"Nathan Can't keep Getting Lucky!"
I love this series, and I can't wait for the next book...but Nathan can't keep getting this lucky! I mean he just can't. It's been ridiculous and I'm starting to route for the Jung a little. From what I've read in the book, they aren't that terrible of rulers, and they make truly magnificent war ships and machines. Seems like they have their heads on straight.
What I'm saying is that the premise of this book is starting to fall through. Everything is too easy or too lucky for Nathan now. I'm curious to see how things transpire after the ending of Rise of the Alliance.
"could nt be better."
love the suspense and the charactors.
glad we bought it and enjoyed listening.
hurry with the following books.
THE JUNG ARE OUT THERE.
it's obvious that the author wants to move the story into something new, but it is jarring to have months pass by in minutes, as if there are chapters missing. so it needs to be longer.
The length of the book does not take away from the overall greatness of this book, and the narrator is excellent
"Wow!! Great book and series"
Well written and gets you thinking tracking everything that is going on. Most series pad the book with repeats or rush to finish. This series did none of that. Many Exciting and feel good moments. Reads like you are a fly on the wall listening to everything.
