"Was not disappointed, Great Addtion to the Series"
Not every book in the series has been a solid addition, but this one stands out and brings to a close the story for the beloved characters. The end is both unexpected and thought provoking. I admire the strength of character Forstchen wrote into his characters and will miss them as book 9 moves on to focus on the children of the characters that this series has followed. Overall I highly recommend the series, though some of the books are not as good as others the series as whole was well written and well narrated.
"Action packed with some related story of politics"

"A very good book and a damn good series"
A very good book and a damn good series. I'll read these books again and again. I already miss the characters, having grown fond of so many of them through the authors amazing ability to bring them to life. I look forward to the next phase of the series that picks up years afterwards with "Down to the Sea".
"Act I Finale"
Book 8 was an excellent end to the 1st story. Book 9 is the start of a new story.
