Summary

Following the success of Legion, Legion: Skin Deep charts another fast-moving and gripping adventure for Stephen Leeds, aka Legion.

Leeds is a genius; his mind contains too much information. And to cope it has split his skills off into individual personalities. They crowd his head, and he lives with them in a vast, empty mansion. While he can call on any one of them to solve a problem, he also walks a line across an all-consuming madness.

In development for television, Brandon Sanderson's Legion stories are gripping psychological thrillers, perfect for any fan of speculative fiction. They will resonate particularly strongly with fans of stories about that other tortured crime-fighting genius: Sherlock Holmes. Legion: Skin Deep is an all-new, action-packed novella starring one of the most fascinating and charismatic heroes ever.

Enjoyed this.

Like the first, an interesting non stigmatising take on psychosis. Cleverly written and well paced The performance was really good too, some strange accents here and there but forgivable.

Don’t buy if you’ve read the other Legion novel

Great novel, i enjoyed it the first time I read it. Unfortunately this is sold as if it is a different book. Different title and all. However this story was in Legion: The Many Lives of Stephen Leeds. Read it if you haven’t already, but don’t spend your money if you’ve read the other.

Watch out and be very careful buying this book.

I bought this not realising it was included with the 'the many lives of Stephen Leeds' that I'd already bought previously'. I feel done. Completely wasted the purchase price. What's that all about? I won't be getting another that's for sure. I would give less than 1 star if I could to reflect my annoyance.
