Summary

Mais son capitaine va mourir, ne laissant que deux filles. L'une est mariée et mère de famille, l'autre, Althéa, véritable garçon manqué, a grandi sur le bateau et a toujours vécu parmi les matelots, le visage fouette par les embruns de ses longues courses en mer et de ses innombrables voyages.

Follement attachée au vaisseau, elle entretient avec lui une complicité étroite, persuadée qu'elle sera bientôt son unique maître. Pourtant, c'est à son gendre que le vieux capitaine, à toute extrémité, lègue le navire... Erreur funeste ? Désespérée, mais passionnément résolue, Althéa jure alors de le reconquérir coûte que coûte.

Loved the start of this new arc in the series :)

I loved Vincent de Boüard’s performance only I took one star off because there was a slight ringing noise all throughout the book.
At first I thought it was my earphones but it remained even when I tried a different pair and then I thought it was me getting tinnitus but then I tried other audio books and they were fine so it’s only this one!
Nothing at all major but still noticeable.
