It may be less than a month since the doors of New Order opened, but that doesn't mean Bo Blackman isn't busy. It's not just daft allegations about vampire dogs and complicated relationships that she has to deal with, however.
When a woman is brutally assaulted, barely escaping with her life, Bo ensures she forms an integral part of the investigation. The trouble is that she may end up being confronted with a darkness that she's simply not ready for....

midddling story, middle story, middle of the road performance. this is 3 star through and through. neither terrible nor excellent.
"Love this series!"
Very easy listening and engaging whether u follow the plot or not. Characters starting to flesh out and become familiar. Why is it the perpetrators never get exactly what's coming to them? Don't know. Suspect it happens in real life also. Delightful to find a female character that is independent without sacrificing her compassion.
Great book. Loving the tension played out between Bo and Michael. Can't wait to pick up the next book in the series. A great read. Thanks Helen
High stakes and Bo are a good change of pace for Helen, but I really, Really rave Mack's stories.
It moved pretty good. To really see the head Vampire heart get involved makes the story line better.
Her performance is outstanding. She has paved certain groves in the story where you know when the character changes from one to another.
at certain points it did.
I really Miss Mack
