Summary
Seit dem dramatischen Verschwinden des Solsystems mit all seinen Bewohnern hat sich die Situation in der Milchstraße grundsätzlich verändert.Die Region um das verschwundene Sonnensystem wurde zum Sektor Null ernannt und von Raumschiffen des Galaktikums abgeriegelt, eine neue provisorische Führung der LFT regiert vom Planeten Maharani aus die Menschenvölker der Milchstraße. Im Solsystem hingegen müssen die Menschen gegen dreierlei Feinde bestehen: die Spenta, die die Sonne verhüllt haben, die Fagesy, die die Terraner des Diebstahls von ALLDAR beschuldigen, und gegen die Sayporaner, die die Kinder der Menschheit "umformatieren". Perry Rhodan kämpft indessen in der von Kriegen heimgesuchten Doppelgalaxis Chanda gegen QIN SHI. Diese mysteriöse Wesenheit gebietet über zahllose Krieger aus unterschiedlichen Völkern und herrscht nahezu unangefochten in Chanda. Um ihre Macht zu brechen, benötigt Rhodan Unterstützung und Verbündete. Ramoz weist ihm den Weg zu einer grünen Sonne und einer dort verborgenen Flotte.
