Through the songs of Sister Chan Khong (whom Thich Nhat Hanh has called a living bodhisattva, or one dedicated to the enlightenment of all beings) you also gain an ancient Buddhist technique for communicating tenderness and healing to your body.

Lovely interweaving of seeing the Buddha as a spiritual teacher and embracing one's own childhood faith as well. Very skilful understanding too of 'acceptance', made me understand forgiveness in a new way.
"background noises really distracting"
The content here is absolutely great. The background noises which are just as loud as the
speaker are absolutely ridiculous-constant coughing sneezing, endless, really endless.. These people have been making recordings for years and should be able to filter out these distractions. It came to the point where I had to stop listening.
"Spiritual heart surgery."
The voice of Thich Nhat Hanh still echoes in my mind very gently. I felt blessed after listeing. Sister Chan Khong sings for you! Softened my heart. Recommendedd to buddhist pactitioners everywhere.
"Love hearing Thich...the sister well"
I could listen to Thich for endless hours...and i already have. In this recording I loved hearing him introduce the prostrations...when sister Chan spoke..well it almost felt like a Saturday night live sketch...this could just be me... and unfair, but I just didn't connect to her..
This is healing on many levels. Thank you sister, for singing my body to peace. Mother earth holds me in her lap and heals me while you sing. She is you and I am to.
