AN AMAZING EXSPERIENCE.
If you could sum up The Word of Promise Complete Audio Bible: NKJV in three words, what would they be?
Wonderful Biblical exsperiance!!!! Love it. Beautifully dramatized, but it is downloaded in 17 books that hold the complete Bible. And apart from 'book no 1' -17,with no contence page at all. there is no way of finding which of the books in the Bible you need to listen too. I went through them and left an added note at beginning of each book with the name of appropriate book to help me a little. But this is s mall fry when I can listen to the Holy Bible in accurate dramatic voises
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Word of Promise Complete Audio Bible: NKJV?
I hav'ent finished listening to the whole Bible/book yet, but Iwould have to say the whole experience of what I have been listening too, is like listening to the Bible at Thatre. An amazingly enjoyable way of listening to the Bible.

Just that it is worth the price...I am very happy with it and so glad I purchased it.

Excellent reading! The Word of Promise had me hooked, don't delay get your copy today!
The change g voices, wonderfully portrayed each and every moment, you felt you transported back in time going through each event with the characters. Listened to the readings over and over again, gaining new insight and perspective with each reading. Get invovled, you too will love it!

amazing- dramatic and relaxing at the same time
made the most of the quarantine by listening to this, there were a lot of bibles in a year suggestions etc, but the way they sectioned the downloads, I managed it it two weeks, would highly recommend

Lacking in bible info for listener
My dislike of this is that the listener is only given "chapters" as reference to whatever is being played. So not really ideal as it's difficult to know what book,chapter or verse is playing.

The Word of Promise Complete Audio Bible: NKJV
Would you consider the audio edition of The Word of Promise Complete Audio Bible: NKJV to be better than the print version?
No, nothing can replace the printed word; but it certainly enhances the experience by taking in God's word via audio, alongside reading it.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Hard really to pinpoint one particular character, although I was impressed by Lou Gossett Jr. as John the Apostle. I originally mistook his voice as that of actor Richard Kiley.
Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favourite?
Michael York's narration and pronunciation are second to none. He comes across as someone who actually believes what he is reading from the Bible.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, but as you can imagine, the Bible is not the sort of book which would make this feasible.
Any additional comments?
Thanks, an excellent production and faithful rendering of the NKJV. It brought the Bible to life with the combination of drama, music, excellent narration and character play.

The best
By far the best way to listen to the Bible. The drama is exceptional. If you have difficulty just reading, then you might want to put this on and open the corresponding book and read along while listening. A great investment indeed
