Life changing
To say that this book has the potential to completely transform your life is an understatement. I believe it has the potential to transform the world. For me the teachings are part of a journey that has only just begun but I feel I have a good compass now. Read it!

Mind bending
The q&a format between author and what seemed like all of the questions in my head, was great otherwise I would have taken this text as yet another lecture on what I should be. The repeating nature of the message is needed and brings the mind back to the ‘ah, yes’ moment, helping the message sink in a bit more after your mind starts to question. I loved this book and hope it will actually help me to let go of the past, live in the now and be a more content soul. Thank you Mr Tolle for this wisdom.

Well worth a listen
Apart from initially thinking he was referring to a Engle for the first 20 minutes (which turned out to actually be Ego) it was a fascinating and revealing listen about how to approach life. I have now listened to it 3 times.

A must listen
This is the second time I listened to this audiobook. First time I didn't really understand it but the seed has been planted. Now listening the second time after a couple of years and I understand it alot more than I did before.
It's a really helpful book that I think everyone should listen to it to make a better world.
