Eye Opening

There is so much truth embedded in this book that I'll love to visit it from time to time. For anyone hungry for God, this is a must-read. The narrator was awesome. I just wonder why it took me so long to find this book!

One of the best Christian books I’ve ever read

I heard about this book decades ago and sadly I didn’t get round to reading it. I have learned a lot about victory over sin and dying to self from this theologically sound and Spirit- filled volume. It goes into detail about how to be led by the Spirit of God and the importance of self surrender in the spiritual journey. It unpacks the book of Romans very astutely and eloquently in a very helpful way and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a closer walk with the Lord. The only thing missing, in my opinion as a Catholic, was that the sacraments are not really spoken of, but it is nevertheless a very enlightening book. I also liked the narrator’s voice.

Praise God

This broke and woke me every step of the way, in ways that I didn't know i was in need of and ways i didn't know was possible inside me. There was nothing about this teaching that was normal, but i guess the title is indicating that this way, should be considered the basic standard of Christian life. Can't wait to listen to the rest of the author's work. praise God.
