Publisher's Summary

Thomas à Kempis' collection of meditative writings from the Bretheren of the Common Life is the most widely read book in the world after the Bible. The reflective devotions have been a heartening friend to great men such as Thomas More, St. Ignatius Loyola, Thomas Merton, Pope John Paul I, and John Wesley.

Learning to live live Jesus is the central task that A. Kempis explores in this classic devotional. This book provides comfort and counsel to every person who seeks to live a more connected and whole life.

"My life will never be the same"

This book is one that must be read. Read it and then re read it and then re read it at another point in your life. It will forever change your walk with God, Jesus and the Blessed Mother Mary, the Saints all the Angels.

"I need to listen to this one over and over and over"

I have read the hardcopy book twice. Having now listened to the book being near rated I absorbed so much more. I will need to continue to listen to this over and over to grow as much as possible in this great teaching.

"The Truths (with capital T) about living within and without"

Listening to this book has been the best thing I've done for myself. I only wish I had known about it earlier. The content boils down to two timeless teaching which is also the principle and foundation for spiritual exercise: to praise, love, and serve God and others.
    I highly recommend this book.

    "Poor narration"

This book is a great work, but I had to stop listening to the poor narration.
