Happily would have, time permitting. This is a no-nonsense, clear and accessible teaching of Mindfulness. I haven't seen one as well written. Also it uses good humour - I was laughing along as well as nodding my head lots as this applies to me - it applies to the human condition. If anyone wants to de-stress and find some peace as well as greater control and efficiency of mind, you'll find it by reading this book. The narrator was good too. Recommended.
I've read so much about mindfulness, as I'm sure a lot of people have. This book nails it, it is so useful from word one. It particularly resonated with me, the examples were spot on, not wishy washy, and they were all relevant. I'm relistening to it straight away as soon as I put this full stop.

I found this very insightful. I'm very much a victim of my own thoughts trapped within the prison of my own brain, I now realise just how much has gone wrong in my life due to my own mind causing issues that didn't exist to start with. I definitely recommend this book for people needing a better outlook in life.
A well read, well written inspiring audio, definitely worth listening to if you are starting out on the path of mindfulness.
