You've probably noticed....
Churches aren't growing.
Young adults are walking away.
Volunteers are hard to recruit.
Leaders are burning out.
And the culture is changing faster than ever before.
There's no doubt the church is in a moment in history for which few church leaders are prepared.
You can look for answers, but the right response depends on having the right conversation.
In Lasting Impact, Carey Nieuwhof leads you and your team through seven conversations that will help your church grow and have a lasting impact.
Maybe the future belongs to the churches that are willing to have the most honest conversations at a critical time. That's what Lasting Impact is designed to facilitate.

I highly recommend this book for any church leadership team. They will not be disappointed
"Excellent helpful book from a pastor to pastors"
I've been familiar with Pastor Nieuwhof through his blog and podcast, so I was very excited about this book. The fact that he narrated the audio version was an added Plus.
The thrust of this work are the conversations that he believes every church needs to have and continue to have.
It is not a book about "do what I did" but rather the questions we all need to be confronting personally and with our leadership.
I was glad I purchased this volume, and have already begun recommending it to others.
"One of the Best Pastoral-Team-Leadership Books Ever Written"
This is the first review I've ever written for any of the many hundreds of products I've purchased over the years. There was so much good, helpful, eye-opening, non-intimidating, easy-actionable material in this book to help me, my leadership team and my church become healthy and navigate growth. I've just completed the audiobook format, and am going to order some print copies so we can work on each of the chapters following the detailed action steps included. Well-written, well-narrated, a must listen/read for every senior pastor!
"Must read for any and every church leader"
I've read many books on church leadership. This is the best one in that it hit our church right where it hurts. We live in a new culture. It is the Internet culture. It is a new generation of young adults. If we are going to reach them, the changing lifestyles, and the new thinking of many middle aged adults concerning church, we had better make changes or die as a church.
"Great for anyone in a church setting"
This is a great read. It's bullet points and discussion questions make it easier to set goals and determine where your organization is.
"Great all encompassing book"
It covers so many areas in which the church can have problems with. Everything from burnt out leaders, problems with volunteers, to why young people are leaving. It is read by the author which is great because I am used to listening to his podcasts already. The audio also has extras that the book doesn't. Excellent listen.
"Extraordinary book for real church leaders"
Carey does a great job in providing insightful, deep subject matters for real deep dive conversations within the church. But the most important part is that he adds so much more content that you won't find in the book. A must read for a church that wants to grow.
This book is amazing yet quite challenging to the status quo. The author offers great questions with reasonable solutions. I found the book to be practical, helpful, & insightful.
"Very insightful and practical"
Excellent ideas and attitude. Great to pass on ideas already to others. Really liked the extras in the audio too
Carey is insanely smart and has a heart for the Church, the unchurched, and church leadership!
