"Simple, profound, beautiful."
I have read extensively around the subject of Buddhism, attended different classes etc. and simply ended up being confused. There is no need to read anything else anymore; I followed my heart and have realised that Ticht Nhat Hanh has Buddha nature and is superb at delivering Dharma and talking about dharma. His books are all you need.
Finally realising the truth of no-self and emptiness.
"Helps toward understanding suffering and happiness"
A lot of insights into understanding suffering. Several good suggestions for even using short periods of time to help you find happiness and understand suffering. I will plan on listening to this book a few more times to try and get all I can out of it.
A few times the noise from the audience was a little distracting, but not bad. The noise was the reason I gave 4 stars for performance. Thich Nhat Hanh's voice is very pleasant and nice to listen to.
This was the second book of his I have listened to and I plan on getting more of his books.

so much enjoyed this book. it helps me to be mindful and to breathe deep and bring my mind home to my body.
"Voice of the Buddha"
the title describes it all. as always, this book delivers all it promises. with clarity that is easily understood by the Western mind, deeper understanding it is revealed with each listening. the first time through you find yourself questioning and opening understanding 2 new thoughts. the second time through the thoughts become clear. the third time parts of you awaken you never knew existed. I will enjoy this book over and over.
"Can't understand the narrator"
Less of an accent; and a little bit louder - even on full volume, I could not distinguish between the words. Everything blurred together for me. I am sure the information is good, judging from his printed books. Just can't understand what the narrator is saying.
Thoroughly enjoyed and learned a great deal from this presentation. Highly recommended to anyone who might be interested.
"Good info but repetitive"
I love the insights this person shares but to me it seemed repetitive. He stressed the importance of returning to one's breath so much. Sometimes he would talk about it for long chunks of time without mentioning anything else.
