Ever since he became a Christian at the age of forty, it has been Poirot actor David Suchet's dream to make an audio recording of the whole Bible. In between filming the final episodes of Poirot, David Suchet spent over 200 hours in the recording studio to create the very first full-length audio version of the NIV Bible spoken by a single British actor. Volume 1 of the NIV Audio Bible includes the Law, Histories and Poetry, covering the books of Genesis to Song of Songs.

Please give chapter names.
As nearly everyone has said it’s brilliantly read but a disaster to find a particular passage. So many people say this but still nothing is done. How stupid! Please fix it!!!!!

Great narration but chapters aren't labelled
I listened to it from start to finish so it wasn't really an issue for me but the chapters aren't labelled so if you are thinking of purchasing this to have a an audio Bible where you can listen to specific passages this may frustrate you. But if you are interested in listening to the Bible from the beginning this a great purchase.
David Suchet's narration is phenomenal. His performance of Job stood out to me in particular.
