A must for anyone who struggles with anxiety
Pastor John MacArthur goes in depth in Scriptures to discuss the issue of anxiety in a Christian life. Very enlightening and a very practical guide to overcome it.

Chapter 11, it was so helpful.
Amazing content. So good if you are anxious! Very helpful to play at night! Helps you sleep when you are going through the physical symptoms of fear and anxiety!!!
