Great beginning and story of his recovery. Well written and read.
His discounting others experiences with similar near death experiences near the end of the book, severely detracted from his story, in my opinion.
"Great Story of Inspiration"
The power of faith in a living God, and the resulting struggle of overcoming a horrible accident.
Heaven, the description, the personal experience.
You can feel his personal struggle at times.
Overcoming the Impossible
Great book would and have recommended it to others.
A book well worth listening to. A true story is always better than fiction and in this case it has a strong message of hope to people who lost loved ones or who suffers from incurable disease.
It was a wonderful book.
That it was a personal story.
Love the way he told the story.
All the book.
This story was not what I expected at all. Less about heaven, more about it's effect. It made me think and examine myself and my actions. I really would highly recommend this to anyone. It will be one that I will listen to again and again and I know that each time will reveal something new to me. Thanks Don for being obedient.
"Not much about heaven"
Not much about heaven,a book about recovery expected more details about heaven and hence was dissapointed
Great story with a the stuff you are looking for. The book describes Don's time in Heaven as well as the healing he goes through after the accident. This is as much a book about heaven as healing. It gives some great food for thought about your own life.
I like the chapters of Heaven and his description around the event of the accident.
Clear and easy to listen to.
This story is not about 90 minutes in Heaven it is about a man's accident and his recovery. Misleading for sure.
"Title is misleading"
I expected to hear wonderful things of heaven and angelic stories when 90% of the book is about the authors pain and hospital stay. Would not recommend
"I can't listen to this"
Couldn't get past first half an hour.
I find NDE accounts fascinating, but this one listens to like a sermon. It's not really surprising since the person who wrote.. well, had to book written, is a pastor. Good for him, but I can't listen to this.
